Compliance with Accessibility Requirements
In fulfilling the accessibility requirements for this ticket shop, the following standards and guidelines have been applied:
- Harmonized European Standard (EN) 301 549, Version 3.2.1
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Version 2.2, Levels A and AA
Our offering is based on standardized ticket shop software. The manufacturer of this software has optimized it for digital accessibility with the support of accessibility experts and conducted independent external accessibility tests using sample scenarios. The manufacturer also performs regular internal automated and manual tests.
During the configuration of the software for our ticket shop, we followed the manufacturer’s recommendations to achieve an accessible result.
Specifically, the ticket shop meets the accessibility requirements through measures including:
- The ticket shop is clearly structured, with meaningful and well-organized headings and labels. Links are clearly visible and descriptively labeled.
- You can use this ticket shop with assistive technologies such as screen readers without loss of information.
- The ticket shop can be fully navigated and operated using an external keyboard. Navigation follows a logical order. Interactive elements, such as links or buttons, are visually highlighted when focused.
- Text and visual content have sufficient contrast. Display settings, such as font sizes, can be adjusted via your browser or operating system. All content is accessible without color differentiation, and text alternatives are provided for users with visual impairments.
- The ticket shop adapts to different screen orientations, supporting both portrait and landscape modes. Layouts, content, and functions adjust automatically.
- Using the ticket shop does not require hearing or speaking abilities.
- If a booking has a time limit, it is announced in advance, and you can extend the limit.
- The ticket shop is designed to help prevent errors and assist in correcting them.
- Use of the ticket shop does not require complex, path-based, or simultaneous movements.
- The ticket shop contains no flashing or strobe effects that could trigger photosensitive seizures.
