Ticket Allocation
This year, ticket allocation will be decided by a lottery. This makes the booking process a bit more complicated. Registration for the courses is possible from 01.06. to 09.06.
01.06.-09.06.: Select workshops and place yourself on the waiting list. Everyone on the waiting list is in the lottery pool.
NOTE: Use your student email address, only ONE workshop per time slot! Invalid bookings will be deleted.
NOTE2: Some stations are not available for the entire duration of the event or are only available for certain semesters.
17.06.: Notification via email if you have received a spot. Click the link in the email within 24 hours, otherwise, your spot will be reallocated.
--> Enter ALL voucher codes you have received into the "Redeem Voucher" field AND additionally select a Campus Ticket.
NOTE: Bookings without a Campus Ticket will not be recognized and will be deleted.
NOTE2: If you receive additional voucher codes later due to moving up the list, one Campus Ticket per person is sufficient.
17.06-21.06: Collection of physical tickets at TIME/UB (you will receive the times via email).
You can also collect tickets for up to 4 of your fellow students, but you will need an identification document from them (student ID, personal ID, driver's license, etc.).
NOTE: Tickets that are not collected/redeemed by 21.06. will be reallocated.
From 21.06.: Allocation of remaining spots on a First Come - First Serve basis.
Notes:
- Always use your university email address to simplify the assignment
- Please be fair and cancel bookings that you cannot attend
- You will receive information about on-site registration a few days in advance via email

Refreshments:
- As always, there will be a water dispenser in TIME where you can refill your bottles.
- In a true student spirit, we would also like to offer you the opportunity to contribute to the finger food buffet. Please indicate this during the booking process :)
