Welcome to the online registration page for the 21st International Conference on PhD Research in Microelectronics and Electronics - PRIME.
PRIME 2026 will be held at the HU Berlin (NEW LOCATION) in Berlin, Germany. PRIME has been established as an important conference where PhD students and post-docs with less than one year post-PhD experience can present their research results and network with experts from industry, academia and research institutions.
The conference features a technical program reflecting the wide spectrum of topics in Microelectronics and Electronics, bridging research fields. In addition to technical sessions, attendees can enjoy keynote talks, exhibits and social events. The conference is technically co-sponsored by IEEE and IEEE CAS, and accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore subject to their scope and quality requirements.
