Welcome to the ticket shop for the Balfolk Dance Festival Krebsow!

Here you can book tickets for the dance festival as well as meals for Saturday and Sunday.

Weekend tickets can be booked at any time; day tickets will be available here from May 11, 2026. The number of day tickets available will then be based on the number of weekend tickets already sold.

The discounted ticket is primarily available to school pupils, students, trainees, volunteers, people with severe disabilities, or those receiving basic income support. The more expensive solidarity ticket helps us to finance the discounted tickets.

Children up to 12 years old can attend the dance festival free of charge. Please book one free child ticket per child so that we can get an overview of the total number of people on the premises.

After completing your order, you will receive an email with the invoice. Please transfer the invoice amount within 14 days to the account specified in the invoice. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket.

Ticket Cancellation

You can cancel unpaid tickets at any time via Pretix. Due to our precise and cost-effective pricing and to ensure our planning security, we cannot offer cancellations for paid tickets. However, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to other people at any time. In that case, a short email (see below) to us would be helpful.

IMPORTANT

After completing your order, Pretix will show you our bank details and request the order number as the payment reference. This causes us considerable extra work in our accounting and allocation of payments. Therefore, please be sure to check the invoice you receive by email and include the invoice number in the payment reference. Thank you!
