Hildesheimer Wallungen 2025 –

Welcome to the Hildesheimer Wallungen – the grand festival of culture. From July 4 to 6, 2025, the historic city walls will once again transform into a vibrant stage for music, theater, literature, art, and magical moments. Colorful stalls, tents, and stages create small worlds filled with stories and sounds. The Wallungen stand for lightness, inspiration, and community. Since 2009, they have been captivating thousands of visitors of all ages every two years. They provide a platform for the regional cultural scene before a large audience, while also attracting regional and international artists to Hildesheim. The city walls, once built for defense, now stand for openness and connection. Be there, join in – and come experience the excitement!

Tickets

The tickets are valid for the entire festival weekend from Friday, July 4th to Sunday, July 6th, 2025, in Hildesheim. There are 4 different types of tickets: Regular, Discounted, Children, and Plus. Children up to 5 years old and companions of visitors with the "B" mark in their severe disability ID card receive free admission. Upon presentation of your ticket, you will receive a festival wristband at the entrance. The ticket prices are exclusive of presale and system fees.

Discounts are available for students, apprentices, university students, volunteers, people with severe disabilities, as well as recipients of citizen's income, social welfare, basic security, or benefits under the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act. Please have the corresponding proof ready upon entry.
