As usual ALE brings together folks from different parts of the European Continent (and more) and as usual, not everyone has the same financial situation. We have therefore kept the strong ALE tradition of offering different ticket prices so you can choose to get your ticket based on your own context. All the tickets give access to the three-day unconference, including lunch.

• Standard Ticket : 350,00 EUR (this is your standard, everything-is-included ticket for the three-day unconference - sold out as from August 26th).
• Supporter Ticket : 430,00 EUR (select this ticket if you're able to give a little extra to the community, helping us to sell subsidized tickets)
• Subsidized Ticket : 275,00 EUR (select this ticket if the other ticket prices are too much for you - on sale until July 15th)

About subsidized tickets: Subsidized tickets have been our way to make this event affordable for people, but they do not cover all the costs of the event. This is why we have announced on day 1 that we limit the sale until July 15th. They are now sold out. Since then, we have received some requests to still receive subsidized tickets even though the date has passed. Please be mindful that we are now on the final stretch of organising the conference (next to our paying jobs). Every request we get for a subsidized ticket is a request we need to process and answer, which takes our focus away from the conference.

We also would like to try something new this year. In the spirit of the Caffè sospeso, where people can go to coffee shops and buy an extra coffee that can then be redeemed by strangers for free, we're introducing the Community Ticket at 350,00 EUR. If you buy a Community Ticket, the ticket goes to the organisers, and we can then offer it to someone in need who cannot afford the conference price. Our choice this year is to make this process anonymous. We're curious to see how this experiment will play out! (Unavailable as from August 26th)

Once you have your tickets, you can then select options for your order. Kids and Spouses are also a big part of our Community and we really love it when our youth and partners take ownership and prepare a session for the group. Making it easy for people to go to ALE with their family is a big part of ALE, so you will be able to add Kids & Spouses tickets at 100,00 EUR per person.

Oana Juncu and Yves Hanoulle will be hosting a Day 0 Coach Retreat on Tuesday August 25th. There's a limited amount of tickets available for that event at 40,00 EUR. This is sold out !

T-shirts and dietary needs
We're getting very close to the event. While we still ask for your T-shirt size and dietary requirements, we can't guarantee t-shirt availabilities for any order after August 8th. We ordered a couple more t-shirts to have a buffer, but at some point the we need to order them on time to have them at the event. We submitted the food preferences to the caterer on August 13th.

Make sure you fill in your data correctly, especially if you need an invoice.
