AI-Hackathon 2026 — Loss of Control in Autonomous Agents
November 20–22, 2026 · Fürth / Nuremberg Region
A three-day research hackathon: instead of building finished products, teams
develop solid ideas about control, oversight, and trust in autonomous AI
agents — as a starting point for academic publications. Teams of 3–5,
individual registration also possible.
Self-declared pricing: €20 for students, €50 for everyone else —
we don't verify student status, we trust you to choose honestly.
Terms of Participation – Pricing & Cancellation
Participation in AI-Hackathon 2026 costs €20 for students and €50 for
everyone else — following a fair-use principle: we don't verify student
status, but ask you to honestly choose the option that applies to you.
In detail:
- The participation fee is charged at registration
- Students: €20, everyone else: €50 — self-declared, not verified
- No refunds possible. Tickets can, however, be transferred to another person.
Why a fair-use pricing model?
We want to keep participation affordable for students without introducing
bureaucratic proof requirements. The fee helps us plan catering, materials,
and the venue reliably.
