Exotic flow for beginners and up. Smooth transitions, work with music and expression, and basic spinning-pole elements in the exotic style. We focus on softness of movement and body awareness — no previous exotic experience required.

Choreography work on the spinning hoop for intermediate-plus level. Connecting elements into a fluid, musical sequence using the rotation of the hoop.
