Understanding the "C-shaping" principle behind rollups, flares to flag, and beat to flag — worked from the floor into the air. Unlock your single coil and hip key rollup.

🕡 18:00–20:00 — AERIAL STRAPS Open Level
Foundations of aerial straps vocabulary: flares and flags, meathooks, center spins, support, rollups, figures and transitions. Program adapts to each student's level.
Prerequisites: one pullup, comfortable invert on bent arms.

🕒 10:00–12:30 — AERIAL SILKS Dynamics
Expanding your dynamic vocabulary: frontbalance hops, saltos, regrabs and dynamic transitions, using the fabric's elasticity and classic beats/small releases.
For aerialists with prior dynamics experience.

Ella started aerial silks at 15, self-taught before training at ACAPA (aerial rope) and Flic Scuola di Circo (aerial straps, her main discipline). She recently graduated from ésac in Belgium with special mentions (June 2025). Alongside performing, her focus is on teaching — respecting each student's individual capacities and building on their strengths.
