Dana Auguštin - AERIAL SILKS until
Two days on the silks with a circus artist bringing 20 years of performance and teaching experience. Each day is built from three connected modules: micromovement warm-up, aerial workout, and a technique block. Two different themes — two different days.
Saturday 24.10, 12:30–15:30 — Back Flag
Structured progressions from foundational preparations to advanced variations. Different entries into the back flag, its variations, and a safe pathway toward dynamic entries. Focus on alignment and control.
Sunday 25.10, 10:00–13:00 — Dynamics
Bells, beats and their variations. Body organisation, momentum management, efficient power generation. Progressions, transitions, sequences and drops — cleaner, stronger, safer.
Structure of each day
- Module 1 — micromovement warm-up. Strength and mobility as a base for safe aerial practice. Fluid ground-to-air transitions.
- Module 2 — aerial workout. Full-body activation, endurance, and the technical essentials that support advanced skills.
- Module 3 — technique. The theme of the day. Body awareness, control, creative expression.
