SATURDAY 29.08

15:00–17:00 · Aerial Hoop — Technique of Spinning & Poses [BEG/INT] · 300 PLN

Clean spinning technique and beautiful shapes on the hoop. After a 20-minute warm-up, we work on the fundamentals of spinning — correct technique both from the floor and in the air — for smooth, controlled rotations. Then we explore static and spinning poses, holding elegant lines and control throughout, and link elements with beautiful transitions into sequences that flow naturally while spinning.

17:30–19:30 · Aerial Hoop — Dynamics [INT/ADV] · 300 PLN

Dynamic movement, flow, and power on the hoop. After a 20-minute warm-up, we establish proper technique through basic beats (swings), then progress to advanced beats and dynamic swinging combinations. Throughout, we work on dynamic elements, rotations, releases, and dynamic drops, plus different entries and transitions. In the final part, we combine these skills into dynamic sequences — smooth, expressive combinations that build timing, control, and confidence in dynamic movement.

SUNDAY 30.08

10:00–12:00 · Aerial Silks — Dynamics [INT/ADV] · 300 PLN

Dynamic movement, power, and control on silks. After a 20-minute warm-up, we build a strong technical foundation with basic beats (swings) before progressing to advanced beats and swinging combinations. From there we explore dynamic movements including scorpion positions, dynamic transitions, releases, and rotations, then connect them into fluid dynamic sequences combining elements, drops, and transitions. The workshop also includes preparatory exercises to safely develop the strength, timing, and technique required for more advanced dynamic skills.

12:30–14:30 · Aerial Silks — Technique, Drops & Composing [INT/ADV] · 300 PLN

Clean technique, expressive drops, and artistic performance skills. After a 20-minute warm-up, we focus on composing an engaging silks performance — working with climbs, drops, wraps, silks painting, spinning, and transitions, and connecting them into fluid choreography. Together we explore how movement quality, musicality, and dynamics turn individual tricks into a captivating performance.
