Welcome to the 1st ever European Open tournament. In coordination with the newly formed global LGBTQ+ SQUASH community and locally supported by Vorspiel Berlin Squash. A 2-day event on the same weekend as the Berlin Stadfest (Gay Village Street Festival); the largest of its kind in Europe.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
+ Squash Club rented for this private event. Tickets are required for entry.
+ 2-day tournament on 8 squash courts.
+ "Monrad" Ladder Draw with all the positions played out.
+ Draw Seeding based on input from LGBTQ+ Squash community clubs and leaders.
+ ~5 matches for Level A, B, C and D.
+ Best of 3 matches (except the semi-finals, 3/4 and finals are Best of 5).
+ Games to 11 points.
+ Class Categories - Singles (Mixed Gender):
Level A - Elite / Competitive
Level B - Advanced
Level C - Intermediate
Level D - Beginner (Played < 2 years)

SQUASH CLUB
Airport Squash & Fitness Club
+ 8 squash courts (glass-backed).
+ 72 lockers total. ~40 players will have no lockers and thus need to use their own bags to store personal items/clothing.
+ Suggest you travel to squash club already dressed and ready to play. Save time and any possible delays.
+ Men & Women Changing rooms with showers and a sauna.
+ Gym with fitness and stretching rooms.
+ Bar with snacks and alcohol.
