Visual Computing with Touchdesigner 099 for Professionals

In this workshop, three experienced Touchdesigneurs will give exclusive insight in specific techniques and share tips, tricks and working components with the participants. Markus Heckmann (Derivative) will talk about Projection Mapping, extending Touchdesigner with Python and GLSL and the brand new physics engine, Wieland Hilker aka Jonas Schmitt (Alpha Moonbase) will explain how he builds streamlined interfaces for theater work and what he thinks about the new widgets in the latest experimental, and Stefan Kraus (MXZEHN) explores data visualization using MIDI files of baroque music. Following the workshop participants and teachers discuss individual challenges and ideas in an open help and study session.

Skill level:
This class is directed towards Touchdesigner users who know their way around the software or even work professionally with it but wish to deepen their understanding of specific techniques and seek advice on challenges they face in their own work.

Prerequisites:
PC or Mac Laptop with the latest version of Touchdesigner099 (free) installed.
