Hello dear fans of Castrum Nigra,
we have some great news for you:
After extensive debrief discussions with Markus and Ehrenburg over the past few days, we are absolutely delighted that the event will continue and that we can officially announce the:
12th Castrum Nigra
And we hope you're just as excited about it as we are!
The next mega party of the dark scene at the beautiful Ehrenburg will take place once again on
18–19 June 2027.
The advance sale of Early Bat Tickets (available until 2 August 2026 and in limited numbers), as well as tickets for camping, motorhomes, and overnight stays at the castle, will begin on Wednesday, 8 July 2026, at 4:00 pm.
While many others continue to raise their prices, we are keeping ours stable despite increasing costs.
So don't wait too long – once they're gone, they're gone!
For the 12th Castrum Nigra, there will be sufficient parking facilities available from the very start.
Next year, food and drink vouchers issued by Ehrenburg will also be available in smaller denominations (€10), and unused vouchers will be refundable, provided they have not been marked or partially redeemed.
If you would like to camp, each person will need a camping ticket. If you are arriving by motorhome, you will need a motorhome ticket (regardless of the number of occupants).
Accommodation in the historic travelling wagons will once again be available. However, for next year these can only be hired as complete units (capacity: three wagons for four people each and one wagon for three people).
Whether you occupy the wagons to full capacity is entirely up to you.
Whether you book a room or a travelling wagon, you will also need a valid two-day weekend ticket in order to make use of the accommodation.
As every year, your favourite DJs will be providing the soundtrack: on Friday at the Warm-Up Party in the Lower Courtyard and the Knight's Hall, and on Saturday throughout the entire castle as usual.
