The Open-Earth-Monitor Global Workshop 2026 will take place 7–9 October in Barcelona, Spain, bringing together researchers, developers, policymakers, and industry experts to explore next-generation Earth Observation and GeoAI solutions built on open and distributed data. The event will showcase the final tools and results of the OEMC project and focus on key topics including forests and biodiversity, soil, water and agriculture, and climate and health, highlighting real-world applications, open-source technologies, and data-driven approaches for environmental monitoring and climate resilience.
