Important information about TICKETS

-Tickets can be purchased on site or online via the ticket shop. We recommend booking tickets online, as the desired time slot may no longer be available if you purchase them on site.

-Tickets are valid only for the booked date and time. Tickets cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be given in the event of late arrival or non-attendance at the tour.

-Please report to the ticket office at least 20 minutes before the tour starts!!!
