Our offer is based on standardized software for ticket shops. The manufacturer of this software has optimized this software with the support of digital accessibility professionals and subjected it to an independent external accessibility test based on examples. The manufacturer regularly conducts further automated or manual tests internally.
When configuring the software for the implementation of our ticket shop, we took into account the manufacturer's instructions in order to achieve a barrier-free result.
Specifically, the ticket shop meets the requirements through the following measures, among others:
- The ticket shop is clearly structured, contains meaningful and sensibly structured headings and captions. Links are easily recognizable and meaningfully labeled.
- You can use this ticket shop without loss of information with assistive technologies, such as screen readers.
- You can use and control the ticket shop with an external keyboard. This works for all areas and functions. Navigation is done in a meaningful order.
When you select interactive elements, such as links or buttons, with the keyboard, they stand out visually (focus marker).
- Texts and visual content have easily recognizable contrasts. The display (e.g. font sizes) can be adjusted via the settings in the browser and/or in your operating system. All content is accessible without color differentiation and there are text alternatives for users with impaired vision.
- Our ticket shop works with different orientations. You can align your screen both horizontally and vertically. The display of the areas, content and functions adapts automatically.
- The use of our ticket shop does not require hearing or speaking skills.
- If the completion of a booking has a time limit, this will be announced in good time. You can then extend the limit.
- The ticket shop has been designed to help you avoid errors and correct errors.
- The use of the ticket shop works without complex, path-based or simultaneous movements.
- The ticket shop does not contain any light or flash effects that trigger photosensitive seizures.
