Courage and Compassion in a chaotic world

Series of talks with Dungse Jampal Norbu

How to deal with a world drowning in chaos?
With witnessing suffering in far away places and in streets we walk daily?
Our habitual tendency is to close when we are overwhelmed or fearful or to go numb on the malice we see around us. But we have the inner resources to deal with suffering, we won’t die when we relate to it. It, nonetheless, takes guts to be open and loving in a world that feels like a slapstick comedy gone wrong. According to Buddhist teachings it’s the only thing we can do to survive.

During this series of talks, Dungse Jampal Norbu will explore how the Buddhist Lojong teachings can help us to face our world with courage and compassion and why they are useful. He will focus on different Lojong slogans that will dust off your heart and mind. This event will give you a toolbox to dive headfirst into worlds madness with openness and a contagious smile.
