Know your mind, transform your life until
We invite you on a journey in the footsteps of the Buddha
This weekend retreat takes us to the heart of the Buddha's still revolutionary insight: life and death are in the mind and nowhere else. In Dzogchen, the most profound teachings in Buddhism, the mind is revealed as the most comprehensive basis of all experience: as the creator of happiness and suffering, the creator of samsara and nirvana.
Based on the Buddha's teachings and our own direct experience, we explore what is meant by the statement: The mind is the root of our entire reality. In this way, we can develop a deep certainty and confidence in the inherent essence of our mind, in the unchanging, pure awareness that ultimately underlies life and death.
