Verena Pfeiffer, an experienced meditator and meditation teacher, knows from years of experience that it is much easier to meditate regularly with a group of like-minded people.
In this one-month challenge, you decide for yourself what your goal is:
Do you want to finally meditate every day? Or extend and deepen your existing practice?
Verena will accompany you on your journey - like a personal meditation trainer!

What can you expect?

  • You create your own meditation schedule.
  • Weekly question-and-answer sessions with Verena will give you guidance and motivation.
  • You have access to guided video meditations at any time.
  • Once a week (or more often) you meditate live online with the group.

You will also receive a personal tracker in which you enter your daily meditation sessions -only visible to you and Verena.

A WhatsApp group to exchange ideas with your fellow challengers and motivate each other.
