The 'agile COACH CAMP COLOGNE' is designed as a yearly, 🇬🇧 English speaking gathering for

international people, working in projects and on transformations of organisations

from all over the world. Sometimes referred to as "The REAL GLOBAL GATHERING".

OUR INTENTION
agile COACH CAMP COLOGNE is connecting people with a passion for valuable impact on projects & transformations. Interested human beings are eager to improve working environments (and maybe even the world!?). People are really into learning ways of working together & sharing new - and not only agile - stuff with other interesting & curious people.

• This is the PLACE TO BE if you as a human being love and have a strong focus on self-organisation and collaboration world-wide.

• It is also for you, if you are into topics like New Leadership and transformation, if you are keen on exploring the "Future(s) of Work", shared leadership, diversity and coaching of team members.

• We have attendees who want to improve daily work & individual growth, might focus on team performance and are into "agile ways of working", we even have attendees approaching the above topics from a scientific perspective. Basically, there are no limits for learning and getting inspired.

WHAT TOPICS ARE COVERED?

• accCGN26 stands for a large variety of topics and opportunities to exchange.

• Topics covered are around Lean, Kanban, Scrum, Beyond Budgeting, Tight-Loose-Tight, software development, DX/UX, engineering, organisational design, psychology, scientific approaches, systemic coaching, artificial intelligence, waterfall and many more.

• This list is not limited and depends on attendees bringing their most relevant topics and practical views while sharing common sense.

• Our observation: It is most likely that becoming more adaptive & business agility is playing a major part, if agile is not included in each of the above topics anyway.

WHO ORGANISES?

• The agile COACH CAMP COLOGNE is initiated by two agile enthusiasts.

• Alex Kylburg and Michael Muench are living in/near Cologne. Both are active members of the Agile Community in Cologne, Germany, and beyond.

FORMAT

• agile COACH CAMP COLOGNE is a participant-driven OPEN SPACE, an un-conference-style event with no keynotes and no planned formal presentations or structured training.

• Participating #accCGN26 requires full attendance for all three days.

TICKETS AND PRICE

• Places are limited. See the ticket shop below.

• Your accCGN26-Ticket comes at 600 EUR (incl. VAT and ticketing fees) to be paid on booking by bank transfer only. Ideally use Instant Payment (SOFORT/Echtzeit-Überweisung). For OVERSEAS PAYMENTS & bank transfer WITHIN EU please see the respective section at the bottom.

• YOUR TICKET INCLUDES all meals, tee/coffee/water during the day AND at lunch & dinner, AND INCLUDES two nights accommodation in a single room. We also have our own barista on site to ensure an exceptional coffee experience.

• FUN FACT and as there were people in the past being frightened by our event idea: THIS IS NOT a camping exercise. No camping! Sorry. YOU ARE not supposed to sleep in a huge tent with dozens of other people. Just saying. If you are now disappointed please let us know. YOU WILL SLEEP in a hotel room within a Nature Reserve.

CORPORATE BOOKINGS

• If you are passing the invoice on to your employer, please make sure you fill in your full name and use the correct company name and address and other details as requested.

• During the registration and booking process, you can specify a second business email address to which a copy of the invoice will be automatically directed (e.g. to the accounting department). Please get in touch with them as they will have received information about you initiating this invoice.

• IMPORTANT: Each attendee should complete the booking process individually, as we ask each person questions, e.g. about food requirements.

SHARING A ROOM

• IMPORTANT TO KNOW: There is just ONE TICKET PRICE. No early birds or modifications. No marketing gimmicks etc. ONE ticket price. For everyone. For corporate bookings get in touch with your orga team to arrange smooth ticket transfer for teams.

• There is the ONE exception: Double occupancy. Double rooms come slightly reduced for 565 EUR (incl. VAT and ticketing fees).

• Please arrange and agree with your respective room mate before. Each of you will then provide the other's name in the ticketing order process. This somehow guarantees that you will have a room together. Let's keep fingers crossed - unless you want to be surprised.

• If you prefer double occupancy and no such ticket appears to be available please do get in touch

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Secure your place and pay within the specified time limit given on the invoice. Otherwise we will cancel and release your order for other interested people.

• If you have already booked and are unable to attend, simply let us know who you would like to attend #accCGN26 instead of you. Passing on of your ticket is subject to our consent. We will do our best to support you. Cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis.
