Legal Requirements
The legal requirements are derived from the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG), specifically Section 14 in conjunction with Section 3(1) of the BFSG, with reference to the Regulation on the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSGV).
Compliance with Accessibility Requirements:
The following standards and guidelines were applied to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements for this ticket shop:
- Harmonized European Standard (EN) 301 549, Version 3.2.1
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Version 2.2, Levels A and AA
Our service is based on standardized software for ticket shops. The software vendor has optimized this software with the support of digital accessibility experts and subjected it to an independent external accessibility test using sample content. The vendor regularly conducts additional automated or manual tests internally.
When configuring the software for our ticket shop, we followed the manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure an accessible result.
Specifically, the ticket shop meets the requirements through the following measures, among others:
- The ticket shop is clearly structured and contains meaningful and logically organized headings and labels. Links are easily recognizable and clearly labeled.
- You can use this ticket shop with assistive technologies, such as screen readers, without losing any information.
- You can use and navigate the ticket shop with an external keyboard. This works for all areas and functions. Navigation follows a logical sequence.
When you select interactive elements—such as links or buttons—using the keyboard, they are clearly highlighted visually (focus indicator). - Text and visual content have easily distinguishable contrasts. The display (e.g., font sizes) can be adjusted via the settings in your browser and/or operating system. All content is accessible without relying on color distinctions, and text alternatives are provided for users with visual impairments.
- Our ticket shop works with different screen orientations. You can orient your screen either horizontally or vertically. The layout of sections, content, and functions adjusts automatically.
- Using our ticket shop does not require the ability to hear or speak.
- If there is a time limit for completing a booking, this will be announced in advance. You can then extend the time limit.
- The ticket shop has been designed to help you avoid and correct errors.
- The ticket shop can be used without complex, path-based, or simultaneous movements.
- The ticket shop does not contain any light or flashing effects that could trigger photosensitive seizures.
If you would like to provide feedback on the accessibility of our ticket shop, please contact us using the contact information listed above under “Information About the Provider.”
