– Editing & Post-Production with Reaper

After exploring the fundamentals of podcast recording in Level 1, we now move to the next stage of the production process: editing.

In this follow-up workshop, we will learn how to use Reaper to transform raw recordings into polished podcast episodes.

No previous editing experience is required, although attending Level 1 or having basic recording knowledge is recommended.

Together, we will explore the essential tools and workflows used during podcast post-production — from organizing tracks and cutting mistakes to working with crossfades, loops, multitrack projects, and preparing audio for publication.

Sometimes that means removing pauses and improving flow.
Sometimes cleaning up recordings and balancing audio.
Sometimes discovering how much editing can shape the final listening experience.

• Multitrack editing techniques
