Express yourself through photography
Whether you are experienced with photography or a complete beginner, we all take thousands of pictures on our phones a year. But how can we make these pictures look better? How can we make them carry meaning? And what do we even want to say?
Join TINT and Dekate Mousa in this self expression through photography workshop. No experience with photography is needed, and no professional camera is needed. The idea is to learn tips and tricks to improve our photography skills when using just our phones. From there, we will focus on the meaning of these pictures. We will explore ideas of self expression and personal style to figure out what messages we want our pictures to convey. Then, you’ll explore how to use the tips and strategies you learned to create our own style and express ourselves?
You will get an opportunity to go out and try this out for yourself. Enjoy the late setting summer sun and a lively Thursday on campus as scenery for your pictures. This will be your chance to try out our tips and experiment with the style and meaning you desire for your pictures. In this workshop, there is plenty of room to talk to other participants, exchange experiences and learn from each other.
Join us to improve your skills and add an extra layer to your cellphone pictures!
