This year's topic is “Shaping the Future - Tools and Tales for a Better World”. We are particularly looking for contributions on this topic, but other ideas and topics are also welcome. Thanks to funding from the Federal Agency for Civic Education, participation is free of charge.

What is a Barcamp?

We are organising the event as a barcamp, because we want to have as many perspectives and experiences as possible. Therefore all participants, whether organisers or participants, decide which topics and questions should be part of the event. On barcamps all participants are invited to offer sessions themselves, whether on a specific topic or as a question. It is also possible for you to offer a game session yourself.

Cooperation with the Japanese Journal of Analog Role-Playing Game Studies (JARPS)

We are very pleased to continue our cooperation with the Japanese Journal of Analog Role-Playing Game Studies (JARPS) this year. JARPS is organising an international symposium on Saturday 12.00-15.00 CET, with some exciting contributions in English and Japanese.
