Please do not book any travel or accommodation until you have received this confirmation, as attendance requests may not be approved and we cannot cover any resulting financial loss.
Due to visa and government clearance processing timelines for international participants, in-person registration is currently limited to participants based in India. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate new international in-person registrations at this stage.

The Wikimedia Foundation / COT will use the information collected in this form to book and pay for your travel and/or relevant services.
