PACTA K9 Foundation

PACTA K9 Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by practitioners - a retired Police officer and a soldier of the Territorial Defense Forces.
Its mission is to integrate uniformed services and the civilian sector through a unified training system encompassing K9, medicine and drones in the broadest sense, which standardizes K9 competencies, strengthens civil-military cooperation and prepares citizens to respond effectively in threat and crisis situations.

The Foundation is the organizer of the CERBERUS K9 International Defense Platform — the largest K9 exercises, workshops, maneuvers and conference in Poland and Europe, bringing together uniformed services, soldiers, instructors and civilians from over a dozen NATO and EU countries.

Board of Directors:
- Mariusz Lis — President | retired Police officer, certified sapper, former ATK member, trainer at the Police Training Center, K9 instructor
- Sebastian Bożek — Vice President | Territorial Defense Forces soldier, 7th Pomeranian Territorial Defense Brigade (over 8 years of service), K9 instructor
