- Compliance with Accessibility Requirements
The following standards and guidelines were applied to ensure the accessibility of this ticket shop:
- Harmonized European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), V2.2, levels A and AA
Our offer is based on standardized ticket shop software. The software provider has collaborated with digital accessibility experts to optimize the software. External experts have tested the accessibility of several example shops. The software provider continues to perform regular internal automated and manual tests.
During the configuration of the software for our ticket shop, we implemented the provider’s guidelines for an accessible ticket shop.
This ticket shop meets accessibility requirements through the following measures:
- The shop is well-organized with informative and logically structured headings and descriptions. Links are clearly identifiable and labeled with informative text.
- The shop can be used with assistive devices such as screen readers without loss of information.
- The shop can be operated and navigated using an external keyboard. This applies to all elements and functions. Navigation follows a logical order. When interactive elements such as links or buttons are selected using the keyboard, they are visibly highlighted (focus indicator).
- Text and visual content have high contrast. Visual presentation (e.g., text size) can be adjusted using browser and/or operating system settings. All content is distinguishable without relying on color perception. All non-text content has text alternatives.
- The shop works in both portrait and landscape orientations. Elements, content, and functions automatically adapt to these orientations.
- Hearing or speaking is not required to use the shop.
- If a booking process has a time limit, you will be warned in advance before it expires. You can then extend the time limit.
- The shop is designed to help minimize errors and allow for easy correction.
- The shop can be used without complex, path-dependent, or simultaneous actions.
- The shop does not contain light effects or flashes known to cause photosensitive seizures.
