- Accessibility Compliance
To ensure the accessibility of this ticket shop, the following standards and guidelines have been applied:
- European harmonized standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), version 2.2, levels A and AA
Our offering is based on standardized ticketing software. The software provider has collaborated with digital accessibility experts to optimize the system. External experts have tested the accessibility of various sample shops. The provider continues to conduct regular automated and manual internal testing.
During the configuration of the software for our ticket shop, we implemented the provider’s guidelines for accessibility.
This ticket shop meets accessibility requirements through the following measures:
- The shop is well organized, with informative headings and logically structured content. Links are clearly identifiable and labeled with informative text.
- The shop can be used with assistive technologies such as screen readers without loss of information.
- The shop can be operated and navigated using an external keyboard. This applies to all elements and functions. Navigation follows a logical order. When interactive elements such as links or buttons are selected via keyboard, they are visibly highlighted (focus indicator).
- Text and visual content have high contrast. The visual presentation (e.g. text size) can be adjusted via browser and/or operating system settings. All content is distinguishable without relying on color perception. All non-text content has text alternatives.
- The shop works in both portrait and landscape orientations. Elements, content and functions automatically adapt to these orientations.
- It is not necessary to hear or speak in order to use the shop.
- If a booking process has a time limit, you will receive a warning before it expires. You can then extend the time limit.
- The shop is designed to minimize errors and allow easy corrections.
- The shop can be used without complex, path-dependent or simultaneous actions.
- The shop does not contain flashing or flickering effects known to trigger photosensitive seizures.
