Release 1.1.2 of pretix

Today, we issue a bugfix release for the current stable distribution of pretix (1.1.x). It includes the following two bugfixes:

Fix a compatibility problem in the Sendmail plugin that broke the mail form.
Fix timezone handling while creating a new event (thanks jlwt90 for reporting and fixing!).

The release is now available for installation via pip. The new docker images will appear on Docker Hub over the next few hours.
