Bugfix release 1.6.1

Yesterday's release 1.6.0 contained a few little errors that we fix in this follow-up release 1.6.1. In particular:

A packaging error lead to not all dependencies being installed in the correct version. If you are affected, Stripe payments no longer work properly. Only pip installations are affected, Docker installations are not.
When creating a product with variations, the UI shortcut to add it to a quota should not be shown.
An exception during organizer-level bank data import has been fixed.

pretix 1.6.1 is now available for installation via pip. The new docker images will appear on Docker Hub over the next few hours. We apologize for any caused inconvenience.
