Bugfix release 1.11.1

The current stable release 1.11.0 contained a few little errors that we fix in this follow-up release 1.11.1. In particular:

Fresh installations as well as upgrades from pretix <1.6 failed on MySQL due to a faulty migration. This was able to slip by our quality checks since we recently disabled migrations to be run during automated testing for performance reasons and we only manually tested installation using SQLite. To prevent this in the future, we re-enabled running migrations with every CI build (but not for local testing).
With a German locale and free-price products, the widget missed the decimal places of prices.
The ticket download cache was not cleared for combined ticket downloads after attendee information has been changed.

pretix 1.11.1 is now available for installation via pip. The new docker images will appear on Docker Hub over the next few hours. We apologize for any caused inconvenience.
