A ticket vending machine can close the remaining gap in your online-first ticketing strategy and provides a convenient option to sell tickets to customers who do not want or can buy their ticket online. Instead of cashier tasks, your staff can focus on customer service or other duties.
Once the ticket vending machine is set up, it is seamlessly integrated into your pretix ecosystem. There is no additional configuration of e.g. prices required. Instead, you can allow the sale of your products at the vending machine with one click in your pretix backend¹. Quotas will also be respected in real-time. Other than occasionally replacing the paper roll, the vending machine runs unsupervised and effortless.

For indoor scenarios, the Polytouch FLEX from German manufacturer Pyramid Computer is an elegant and cost-saving alternative to the large vending machine. With its modern design and large touch screen, the Polytouch FLEX will look great e.g. in the entrance hall of your museum or trade fair. It can be set up on a desk, on its own pillar, or mounted to a wall. Within the machine, a receipt printer can print both receipts and tickets. A specialized ticket printer can be combined externally on request.
For ticket sales in outdoor areas, we offer the Polytouch Outdoor 32 from the German manufacturer Pyramid Computer. It is designed for harsh and demanding environments and features an active cooling system, a sophisticated sealing concept, special corrosion protection, and a shock- and impact-resistant display. Inside, there is the option of one or even two printers that can issue receipts and tickets on different paper.
For both models, there is an optional module with six buttons and a headphone jack. Our software supports an accessible mode, which allows people who are blind, visually impaired, or have motor impairments to purchase tickets from the kiosk.
