Release 1.12.1 of pretix

The current stable release 1.12.0 contained a little packaging errors preventing installations and upgrades to work properly. This bug is fixed by today's 1.12.1 release.

pretix 1.12.1 is now available for installation via pip. The new docker images will appear on Docker Hub over the next few hours. We apologize for any caused inconvenience.
