Being certified with the ISO/IEC 27001 certification, an internationally recognized standard, shows that we ensure the needs of our customers regarding their informational security. We deploy an adequate and exhaustive management system to guarantee informational security and develop it in a steady process.
Informational security itself and the general IT threat assessment is an ever-changing situation: Every day, governmental bodies, the industry as well as individuals are under permanent attack regarding their informational security. Since its foundation, rami.io GmbH, took its informational security, protecting its customer’s data and the availability of the data very seriously.
In addition to technical measures such as the use of strong authentication procedures, state-of-the-art encryption technologies and automated system monitoring, we have always maintained a transparent approach to security issues and had active ties with the IT security community.
Beyond the purely technical aspects, however, from an organizational point of view there is a lot to do in the area of informational security. In order to publicly demonstrate and underline that we also adhere to security industry-wide best-practices in this area and are in a constant process of optimization, we have decided to obtain certification in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001.
What is an ISO/IEC 27001 certification?
ISO 27001 is the leading international standard focused on information security risk management. In an elaborate audit process, we have analyzed, described and optimized our entire company in detail with regard to information security: Starting from our premises to our software, hardware, internal and external processes and the work of each team member. After the completion of our detailed information security management system, the process was concluded with the mandatory two staged audits. These were held by an external, accredited auditor and finally certified by TÜV AUSTRIA CERT GMBH, confirming that our information security management system is in accordance with the regulations.
The certificate will be continuously monitored by regular external audits. We are pleased to be able to provide many customers with proof regarding the informational security that can accelerate and simplify their internal auditing processes in many cases.
