Just as a note: You can start creating your event and play around with our software for free and without any obligations. We will not charge you before you publish your ticket shop to everyone and we'll talk to you about the billing procedure as soon as you are ready to do that. You can find our pricing details here.
Our support availability is reduced:
On Tuesday, April 15th, and Wednesday, April 16th, our phone support is not available due to internal training. We are only reachable by phone in emergencies, and we expect higher response times on emails.
On Monday, April 14th, and Thursday, April 17th, our phone support has limited availability and we also expect higher response times on emails.
On Friday, April 18th, and Monday, April 21st our support team is unavailable due to a public holiday in Germany. We are only reachable by phone in emergencies, and we expect higher response times on emails.
