You define all prices and availabilities. Our handy order change functionality can be set up to allow your attendees to independently upgrade their tickets or book additional products such as workshops at a later date.

Individual shop design

By configuring your colors and selecting your own header image, you can easily implement your branding in your pretix shop. Alternatively, your ticket shop can be embedded into your existing website using our widget. You decide which languages to offer your shop in. Both informational texts and the content of automatic emails are customizable. Your individual ticket layout tops off the design for your event.

Thanks to the multitude of customization options offered by pretix, your shop will be the perfect fit for your event. Incorporating digital content or a digital platform? No problem! Seamlessly integrating a newsletter sign-up option? We have made this possible for many newsletter providers already. Offering public transport tickets and showing a map with hotels? Badge printing and hardware

You design your custom badges right in your pretix ticket shop. The badges can be printed automatically during check-in with our pretixSCAN app. Layout and material are up to you. Any hardware necessary for check-in scans and badge printing can be bought or rented from us, allowing you to obtain everything you need from one single convenient source.

All data at a single glance

With pretix, not only are you able to see how many visitors are attending your event at any time, but the entirety of the data is available to you at all times. The backend lets you perform cancellations and order changes. Numerous export options allow you to download all information for post-processing. Even better: pretix is fully GDPR-compliant.

Direct payment

Your attendees pay you directly via the numerous payment providers you can integrate into your pretix shop—or you just send them an invoice. At any point, you can create vouchers for select customers and products and check if they have already been used. Invoices are generated automatically, reducing the workload for your accounting department.
