One pretix organizer account allows you to create and manage multiple different single events and event series. Each event date can be configured with different quotas, products, availabilities, and seating plans. The convenient calendar view provides clarity for your customers during the booking process. You can easily edit all dates with only a few clicks in the backend.
You define your ticket design, including different layouts for different products. Shipping options can be configured, should you wish to offer them. At the box office, pretixPOS assists with ticket sales and pretixSCAN lets you check all tickets quickly and easily. Any necessary hardware can be bought or rented from us, allowing you to obtain everything you need from one single convenient source.
With pretix, you can see the number of bookings and have the entirety of the data available to you at all times. Tickets can be filtered by customer name, email address, or order number to smoothen the process of cancellations and order changes for you. Numerous export options allow you to download and manage all information for post-processing.
Ticket payments do not go through pretix. Your attendees pay you directly via the numerous payment providers you can integrate in your pretix shop. This ensures that you receive your money more quickly and keep track of all payments. At any point, you can create and customize discounts and vouchers for select customers.
