Versatile product settings

Offering different ticket types in your pretix shop is quick and easy: features ranging from single tickets to product bundles, customizable product variants, and optional add-on products allow for a multitude of possibilities. Each product can be configured with different settings, availabilities, and ticket designs as well as cancellation and order change options.

Individual shop design

By configuring your colors and selecting your own header image, you can easily implement your branding in your pretix shop. Or would you prefer to embed the shop in your website? No problem at all thanks to our handy widget. Furthermore, you decide which languages to offer your shop in. Both email content and ticket design are further customizable.

From the ticket to the platform

Seamlessly integrate live stream access, videos, downloads, and other resources into your shop with our Digital Content plugin. We also offer ready-made integrations for various digital event platforms. Don't have a platform for your event yet? Our in-house solution Venueless offers a wide range of options.

Contacting your customers

Communication is important. That is why pretix allows you to send personalized emails and important information to your participants directly from your shop. Due to our integrations for various newsletter tools, your customers can sign up for your newsletter so you can establish lasting connections.

All data at a single glance

In pretix, you can always see how many participants have already signed up. The entirety of the data is available to you at all times. Tickets can be filtered by name, or email address to smoothen the process of cancellations and order changes for you. Numerous export options allow you to download all information for post-processing. Everything is fully GDPR-compliant!

Direct payment

Ticket payments do not go through pretix. Your attendees pay you directly via the numerous payment providers you can integrate into your shop. This ensures that you receive your money more quickly and keep track of all payments. At any point, you can create vouchers for select customers or check if they have already been used.
