Communication is important. That is why pretix allows you to send personalized emails and important information to your participants directly from your shop. Due to our integrations for various newsletter tools, your customers can sign up for your newsletter so you can establish lasting connections.
In pretix, you can always see how many participants have already signed up. The entirety of the data is available to you at all times. Tickets can be filtered by name, or email address to smoothen the process of cancellations and order changes for you. Numerous export options allow you to download all information for post-processing. Everything is fully GDPR-compliant!
Ticket payments do not go through pretix. Your attendees pay you directly via the numerous payment providers you can integrate into your shop. This ensures that you receive your money more quickly and keep track of all payments. At any point, you can create vouchers for select customers or check if they have already been used.
