pretix is ticketing thought through, providing you with a variety of options customizable for your needs. Besides single tickets, we offer features like product bundles for group entry, customizable product variants for reduced admission fees, and optional add-on products for merchandise. Different availability settings allow you to offer Early Bird and Last Minute tickets.

Individual shop design

By configuring your colors and selecting your own header image, you can easily implement your branding in your pretix shop. Or would you rather embed the shop in your home page? No problem at all thanks to our handy widget. You decide which languages to offer your shop in. Informational texts and email content are as customizable as the ticket design.

Make lasting connections

With pretix, staying in contact with your visitors is easy. Our Send e-mails function lets you send important information on specific products to your customers. Signing up for your newsletter can be integrated as a natural part of the order process with many newsletter tools. Offering public transport tickets directly in your shop helps your visitors reach their destination faster.

Online, pre-sale, on site

pretix provides reliable online ticketing and the option to work with external ticket offices. Using pretixPOS for your sales on site lets you combine all of your sales channels in the pretix backend. This allows you to keep track of the entirety of your data, which you can also export for post-processing at any time. Any hardware you may require for admissions or box office sales can be rented or purchased from us.

Fail-safe admission control

For entrance and exit control, our pretixSCAN app connects directly to your shop. Offline mode allows you to perform checks in locations without a reliable internet connection. The app will refresh and synchronize all data once a connection is established again. This lets you keep track of the flow of visitors. By the way, availabilities can be configured so new tickets become available for purchase once somebody leaves.

Direct payment

Your visitors pay you directly via one of the numerous payment providers you can integrate in your pretix shop. This ensures that you receive your money more quickly and keep track of all payments. Being in complete control of your pricing, you can utilize various vouchers or our convenient discount function for fine-tuning.
