Your shop, your design

By configuring your colors and selecting your own header image, you can easily implement your branding in your pretix shop. Your ticket shop can easily be incorporated into your existing website using our handy widget. You decide which languages to offer your shop in. Both informational texts and the content of automatic emails are customizable at any point, just like your ticket design.

Online and on site

Our point-of-sale system pretixPOS offers any option you may need for bookings on site or sales from an attached shop. Access control can be managed entirely by app or by connecting to a turnstile system. The entirety of the data converges in your pretix backend so you maintain full control.

Support every step of the way

Our support team is happy to assist you. We will show you the system and explain all the important settings. Beyond assistance with initial setup and continued administration of your pretix shop, you can also obtain any hardware necessary for admittance control and cash desks from us. pretix offers a customizable booking system for any use case and is fully GDPR-compliant.

Direct payment

Ticket payments do not go through pretix. Your attendees pay you directly via the numerous payment providers you can integrate in your pretix shop.
