Limited support availability

Our support availability is reduced:

On Thursday, October 1st, and Friday, October 2nd, our phone support is not available due to internal training. We are only reachable by phone in emergencies, and we expect higher response times on emails.

On Wednesday, Sepember 30th, our phone support has limited availability and we also expect higher response times on emails.
