Limited support availability

Our support availability is reduced during the end of the year:

• December 22: Limited phone support
• December 23: no phone support, email support requests will be answered
• December 24, 25 + 26: Christmas Eve and Public holidays, no support
• December 29 + 30: Limited phone support
• December 31: New Year's Eve, no support
• January 1: Public holiday, no support
• January 2: Limited phone support
• January 6: Public holiday, no support

All email support requests will be answered, although we kindly ask you to allow for a little bit more time than usual. In very urgent cases, our emergency hotline is available 24/7 as usual.
